Frequently Asked Questions

PLACEHOLDER — verify every claim below against your supplier's specs and applicable regulations before publishing. Health claims are held to a high standard by both the FTC and the ad platforms.

How tight are they?

Snug and even, never pinching. If you feel a sharp squeeze in one spot — usually behind the knee — the size is wrong. Email us and we'll swap it free.

Can I wear them all day?

Yes. They're built for morning-to-evening wear. Most people put them on after they get up and take them off before bed.

Can I sleep in them?

Check with your doctor first. Compression is generally meant for waking hours, when gravity is working against you.

Will anyone know they're compression?

No. They look and drape like ordinary leggings.

How do I get them on?

Roll them down to the foot, slide your foot in, then unroll up the leg in stages. Sitting on the edge of a bed or chair makes it easier — no bending required.

How long does a pair last?

With cold washing and line drying, roughly six months of daily wear before the compression starts to soften. That's why most customers order two or three pairs.

Should I ask my doctor first?

If you have diabetes, peripheral artery disease, an open wound on your leg, a known circulatory condition, or you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before wearing compression. Havenstride is a comfort garment, not a medical device, and nothing here is medical advice.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is encrypted and we never see or store your card details.

Who do I talk to?

A real person: support@havenstride.com, Monday through Saturday, answered within one business day.
