The 60-night promise

Wear your Havenstride leggings for up to 60 nights. If your legs don't feel lighter, email support@havenstride.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

Do I have to ship them back?

No. For hygiene reasons we don't resell returned compression wear, so keep them or pass them to a friend.

How long the refund takes

We process refunds within 2 business days of your email. Your bank then takes 5 to 10 business days to post it back to your card or PayPal account.

Wrong size?

Email us within 60 days and we'll send the correct size at no charge. You don't need to return the first pair.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately, no questions.
