Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing the following Monday.

Tracking your order

Your tracking link arrives by email. If it hasn't appeared within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email support@havenstride.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.

If something goes wrong

Parcel marked delivered but not there? Damaged in transit? Email us. We'll replace it or refund you — we don't make you fight the carrier.
